On November 15th first we went and did a warm up. We rolled the ball. Our feet in front and rolled the ball to our partner sideways. Then we went out side to do shot put the thing you need to know what to do

food for thought-supermarket on Monday the 7th November we went to new world trip before we went to new world it started to rain so we had to go in a van which had 11 seats there was no seats so i sat in the front seat it was cool i saw everything when we got to new world we were the first van to get there we had to wait for the another van to arrive then we were given a paper that had the things we had pencil and we had the go to look at the per 100 and look at how much energy/fat-total/sugar/dietary fibre/sodium in breakfast cereals/bread/muesli bars/snack food/milk,dairy products in the we had to be i pairs at 12.00 o,clock the end we got the little garden we got a bag of it was the best day of my life then we got in the van then i sat with Vini and went to school
